300gsm, 320gsm, and 350gsm white C1S paperboard engineered for hand tools blister packaging. This fully bleached, single-side coated board delivers strong adhesion, high stiffness, and excellent printability — ideal for vacuum-formed blister cards and clamshell packaging.

Blister cardboard refers to single-layer or multi-layer combined paper made entirely from bleached chemical pulp and fully glued. During the vacuum-forming process, the bonding force between the coating and the base paper must be greater than the bonding force between the layers of the white board. Only under this condition can the fiber layer be torn off when the plastic strip adheres to the paper and is subsequently removed — rather than the coating peeling away.
